Farosport is an on-line service with which people can find other people to play sports with. Farosport offers a free basic subscription and a paid Premium subscription. Personal data, necessary for the correct functioning of the Service, is not sold off to third parties. If you register on Farosport, our general conditions apply. 2. What information is collected and processed by Farosport?

Profile

To be able to contact other users, you must create a personal Profile. Farosport does not ask any superfluous information for marketing purposes. Only and exclusively data which is required for the correct functioning of the Service. In case you create such a Profile, you are asked to fill out certain information about yourself. You are not obliged to provide all information. The following information is obligatory for all users:

Age
Valid e-mail address and password
Place
Sports
Profile picture
Cover name

You can modify the information you provide at all times.
In principle, your Profile is public and therefore available for perusal by everyone. You can also choose the settings on your Profile in such a manner that it is only visible for Users who have a Profile themselves. You can change this setting at any moment you want.

Content

Farosport stores all Content you provide through Farosport and processes it. In case you publish the Content publicly, for example your Profile, also other Users can use and respond to the Content.
When you terminate your profile, Farosport will render inaccessible your Profile immediately. Farosport remains authorised, however, to use all Content in accordance with the User Conditions. Upon your first request, Farosport will anonymise or remove the Content.

Automatically generated information

To be able to let Farosport function optimally (for instance to be able to display pages correctly and to secure the Service) Farosport needs certain information. For this reason, Farosport collects automatically generated information on your surfing behaviour during your use of Farosport. This information consists of your IP-address (number of your computer which makes it possible to recognise your computer), the type of browser (computer program to be able to view internet pages), the computer system which you use, an account number and the pages you visit on the Website.
To the extent Farosport uses this information, it always is anonymised.
